1. About Chef Lynk’s Kitchen

Chef Lynk’s Kitchen provides Louisiana-inspired cuisine, weekly plate specials, private chef experiences, catering, meal services, vacation and destination chef services, and related food services.

Services may be provided in homes, vacation properties, event spaces, businesses, or other agreed-upon locations.

2. Orders and Purchases

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing checkout.

Once an order has been submitted, Chef Lynk’s Kitchen may begin purchasing ingredients and preparing food. Because many products and services are prepared specifically for each customer, cancellations, changes, and refunds may be subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policies.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. The price charged at checkout is the applicable price for that order.

3. Weekly Plate Orders

Weekly plate specials are available for the dates and quantities indicated on the website.

All delivery orders must be placed no later than 6:00 PM the day before the scheduled delivery date.

Orders received after the cutoff may be moved to the next available delivery date.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information at checkout.

4. Delivery

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, unit, building, or other applicable information.

Customers should be available to receive their order during the designated delivery period.

Chef Lynk’s Kitchen is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete information, inaccessible locations, or the customer being unavailable to receive the order.

Delivery fees may vary based on the delivery location and applicable delivery policy.

5. Private Chef and Catering Services

Private chef, catering, vacation chef, corporate, celebration, and other custom services may require a consultation, deposit, service agreement, or separate booking confirmation.

Final pricing may vary based on:

• Guest count
• Menu selections
• Premium ingredients
• Location
• Travel requirements
• Service duration
• Staffing requirements
• Special requests
• Additional services

A booking is not considered confirmed until Chef Lynk’s Kitchen has confirmed the booking and received any required payment or deposit.

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Customers are responsible for informing Chef Lynk’s Kitchen of any known food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special dietary requirements before ordering or booking a service.

Chef Lynk’s Kitchen will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed dietary needs; however, our kitchen and food preparation environments may handle common allergens.

Chef Lynk’s Kitchen cannot guarantee that any food product will be completely free from a particular allergen.

Customers with severe or life-threatening allergies should contact Chef Lynk’s Kitchen before placing an order or booking a service.

7. Food Quality and Consumption

Food should be consumed promptly or stored properly after delivery or pickup.

Customers are responsible for following appropriate food-safety and storage practices after receiving their food.

Chef Lynk’s Kitchen is not responsible for food that has been improperly stored, handled, reheated, transported, or consumed after delivery or pickup.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of order or service purchased.

Because private chef experiences, catering services, and custom orders may require advance preparation and ingredient purchases, deposits or payments may be non-refundable when cancellation occurs after preparation or purchasing has begun.

Any applicable cancellation or refund terms communicated at the time of booking will apply.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or booking services.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and reasonably accessible environment when Chef Lynk’s Kitchen personnel are providing services at a private residence, vacation property, business, or event location.

Customers must notify Chef Lynk’s Kitchen of any relevant access restrictions, parking requirements, building rules, or other conditions that may affect service.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
